These are indicative ranges, not a price list. You don't pay to apply. After you submit, we run a 30-minute scoping call to confirm firm size, matters in scope, governance requirements, and deployment specifics — then we set the fixed pilot fee and send the engagement letter. Firms that sign an annual licensing agreement within 60 days of closeout receive a 25–50% conversion credit toward year-one licensing.

The pilot runs on Quorex's hosted infrastructure in a dedicated tenant, under firm-approved governance controls. We say this plainly because the alternative — promising "data never leaves your firm" when it isn't technically true — is the kind of claim a firm's IT or risk committee will catch in week one.

- We do not claim "100% matter isolation" as a fact. Matter isolation is a pilot success criterion, tested against the firm's configured access boundaries and reported in the closeout audit artifact.
- We do not claim "data never leaves your environment", and we do not claim it stays in Canada. Data is held in a dedicated Quorex tenant on our hosted stack, which runs in the United States (see our privacy policy), under the signed DPA, with deletion on exit.
- Every governance and privilege-handling control is delivered as a measurable pass/fail objective, not a guarantee made in the sales conversation.
