    Screen Reader Compatibility

Quorex includes extensive screen reader support across the interface.

    • ARIA attributes applied across numerous interface components (including aria-label, aria-live, role, and aria-expanded)
    • Screen-reader-only utilities used to provide additional context for assistive technologies
    • Live-region announcements for dynamic content updates

These features allow screen readers to properly interpret and communicate interface elements to users.

    Keyboard Navigation

The platform supports keyboard-based navigation for users who cannot rely on mouse input.

    • Skip-to-content navigation links allowing users to bypass repetitive navigation
    • Keyboard navigation hooks and focus management systems
    • Visible focus indicators for interactive elements

These tools allow users to move through the application using keyboard controls alone.

    Visual Accessibility

Quorex incorporates visual accessibility features designed to assist users with low vision or visual impairments.

    • High contrast display mode
    • Adjustable font size (Default, Large, Extra Large)
    • Reduced motion mode for users sensitive to animation
    • Clear focus indicators on buttons and interactive components
    • Responsive layout for different screen sizes
    • Mobile-friendly interface design

    Semantic Structure

The platform uses structured semantic HTML to improve accessibility and compatibility with assistive technologies. Examples include the use of elements such as:

    • role="banner" — identifying page headers
    • role="navigation" — marking navigation regions
    • role="status" — communicating dynamic status updates
    • role="progressbar" — indicating loading and progress states

These elements allow assistive technologies to better interpret the structure and purpose of different interface sections.

    Accessible Media

Images and graphical elements include descriptive alternative text to ensure that screen readers can convey the meaning of visual elements. Decorative images are properly marked with empty alt attributes to avoid unnecessary screen reader announcements.
