Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Quorex website, applications, content, tools, and paid features provided by Quorex Technologies. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Notice and the refund terms below.

What the Service Includes

Quorex may provide tools and content such as:

• plain-language legal information and educational content;
• issue triage, procedural guidance, and workflow support;
• document drafting, organization, and form assistance;
• case management, reminders, uploads, and research support; and
• the Quorex Unlimited subscription ($25 CAD/month) where offered.

Features may change over time, and some tools may be limited by jurisdiction, subscription status, technical availability, or regulatory constraints.

Eligibility and Accounts

• You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account unless caused by our own security failure.
• You may not impersonate another person, create accounts fraudulently, or access accounts you do not own or control.

Acceptable Use

• You may use the platform only for lawful purposes.
• You may not upload malware, harmful code, illegal material, or content that infringes privacy, confidentiality, copyright, or other rights.
• You may not reverse engineer, scrape at scale, overload, or interfere with the platform or attempt to bypass security or payment controls.
• You may not use the platform to generate deceptive, fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful documents or communications.

User Content and Documents

• You retain ownership of the information, documents, and files you submit to the platform.
• You grant us a limited right to host, process, transmit, and display that content solely to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the service.
• You represent that you have the right to upload and use any content you submit.
• You are responsible for verifying the completeness, accuracy, and suitability of any generated output before relying on it.

Fees, Billing, Renewals, and Refunds

• Some features are free; generating and downloading documents requires the Quorex Unlimited subscription ($25 CAD/month, billed monthly, cancel anytime).
• Prices, billing intervals, and product descriptions are shown at checkout or on the applicable pricing page.
• Recurring subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
• You authorize us and our payment processors to charge the selected payment method for applicable fees, taxes, and renewal charges.
• Refund eligibility, cancellation timing, and processing rules are set out in the Refunds section below, which forms part of these terms.

Refunds

Monthly subscriptions are charged when you subscribe and monthly after that. 7-day money-back guarantee: full refund of your first charge if you request it within 7 days of subscribing. Cancel any time to stop future charges.

Third-Party Services

Parts of the platform may rely on third-party providers for infrastructure, authentication, payment processing, analytics, communications, document handling, or other functionality. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.

Disclaimers

• The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, fully current, or suitable for every legal matter or jurisdiction.
• We do not warrant that generated documents, timelines, procedural guidance, or research outputs are complete, accurate, or accepted by any court, tribunal, agency, or third party.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quorex, Quorex Technologies, and their officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, opportunity, data, goodwill, or legal position arising out of or related to your use of the platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for claims arising out of or relating to the platform will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific paid feature giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

Intellectual Property

• Quorex and its related branding, software, site design, text, graphics, and original materials are owned by Quorex Technologies or its licensors.
• You may not copy, resell, license, or create derivative works from our protected materials except as permitted by law or by our written permission.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• you violate these terms or applicable law;
• your use poses a security, privacy, legal, or operational risk;
• you engage in fraud, abuse, chargeback abuse, or payment default; or
• we are required to do so for legal or regulatory reasons.

You may stop using the platform at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page and update the last-updated date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, disputes will be brought before the courts located in Ontario, Canada.
