Quorex doesn't handle: Criminal defence, complex corporate law, class action lawsuits, appeals to higher courts, or situations requiring immediate legal representation (like bail hearings). For immigration and refugee matters it provides information and guides to the official IRCC and IRB forms only — it does not prepare or file immigration applications (IRPA s. 91).

Is my information confidential?

We keep it private and never sell it, but it is not protected by lawyer-client privilege: we are not a law firm. It is encrypted on its way to us and on our servers, which are in the United States, where authorities may be able to access it. A copy of your form drafts is also kept in your browser, unencrypted, until you sign out; if you are signed in, or sign in later, they are saved to our servers as well. We share it with the service providers that run the platform, all listed in our Privacy Policy; Google is one of them, for the AI features and the site's fonts. Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement run only if you turn them on (see Privacy choices).

Who can see my case details?

Only you. Quorex staff cannot access your case content unless you explicitly request support and grant permission.

How long do you keep my data?

We retain your case data as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all data anytime from your profile settings.

Are Quorex's systems secure?

Your information is encrypted on its way to us and on our servers, which are in the United States. No online service can promise perfect security. Our Privacy Policy lists what we collect and every company that receives it.

How accurate is Quorex's guidance?

Each legal fact we show, such as a deadline, a fee or a notice period, is stored with the official source it comes from and the date it was last checked. An automated check each night compares the source text with the version on record, and when a source changes, a review task is opened for a person on our team to check the facts that rely on it. A fact shows "Source checked" with the date of that automated check, "Pending legal review" while a change waits for a person, and "Verified by our team" only once someone on our team has checked it against the source. AI-written text can still be wrong and laws change often, so always verify with the official source before filing.
