Optional cookies stay off unless you turn them on. Analytics (Google Analytics) shows us how the site is used. Ad measurement (Google Ads) tells us whether one of our Google ads led you to a step we count, such as starting a checkout, signing up or paying.
With analytics on, Google receives your IP address, browser details, the pages you visit and the steps you take, such as which court or tribunal your answers pointed to, linked to your account number with us once you sign in; and ipwho.is estimates your city from your IP address. Because this site is about legal problems, this can tell Google what kind of legal problem you have, for example criminal court or child protection, and Google may be able to link it to your Google account. Google may use what it receives for its own purposes. These companies may process it outside Canada, including in the United States. We don't show ads on this site. You can change this any time under "Privacy choices". See our Privacy Policy.
